

In this page I wanna write about a topic very important for me, the fitness.
Nobody know that I was Obese some years ago I weighed 116 kg (255 pounds), and with the perseverance and dedication I lost 37 kg (81 pounds). Now I feel better and I can’t be without do sport! This led me to be more focused on work, it brought me more confidence in everyday life, it led me to be more sociable and friendly with others, in addition to all the physical benefits. Adopting a healthier lifestyle, doing sports and eating well will help us improve our standard of living. Of course we are not professional athletes, we must not bring sport to exasperation, we must find time that allows us to play sports to feel better and to feel good, every type of sport is fine as long as it makes us move, certainly it would be better to do sport all open air, however, cannot always be done and we must adapt accordingly.
Soon I will write some workouts to be able to do both outside and at home, and maybe I will tell you how I train during the week, so stay tuned friends.
