

today we are talking about something that is particularly close to my heart, the lifestyle as close as possible to nature.
as Amit Ray said “looking at the beauty of nature is the first step to purifying the mind”. This should be enough to make us first of all connect as much as possible with nature, with all its elements, with our planet to savor its beauty, enjoy all the wonders that Earth has, and understand how much being connected with earth it benefits our physical and mental health, then secondly that phrase must be a warning for all of us, we must respect the earth, keep it intact, not to bring it to destruction. Trying to adopt a green lifestyle is a duty towards the ONLY planet we have, the earth is our home, what is the sense of destroying it?
so we all try, in our small way, to take some precautions, which could be not eating meat for a week a month, going to work on foot or by bike for a week a month, not using too much electricity for a week a month, albeit small a little I a little you, who are reading, and a little tries to pass it on to all your friends, our little can save us all.
